We have officially arrived into the party season of the year. The endless party invites, call for a fabulous line up some glamorous party wear too. On that note I styled this super chic party-wear look in my eternal favorite, bold color combination - Red & Black, styling two unique pieces from VERO MODA Marquee's new collection called 'Red Velvet'.

I paired this stunning red crop top with the prettiest floral lace detailing on the sleeves with these super stylish high-waist pair of black palazzo pants. I absolutely love the bright pop of red this crop top adds to the look and the floral lace detailing on the sleeves adds a touch of vintage glamour to the ensemble.The black palazzo pants are a really versatile pair and a total must have this party season, it can be paired up well with sequin tops like this and printed tops like this too. This red lace crop top can be alternately paired with a midi skirt like this too.
This red and black look has a very retro glam vibe for it and makes for an interesting party-wear alternative to skirts and dresses. It makes for a bold style statement and can be carried off with great panache.
I added gold accents to this red and black ensemble, to add some more glamour - with this delicately layered gold charm necklace, black and gold tassel earrings, a gold & black stone statement cuff bracelet and a gold statement armor ring. I completed the look with bold red lips, smokey eyes and soft curls.
