For the first day of fashion week I wore this printed shirt dress from QuirkBox's latest 'Love Story' Collection, that they showcased this season at fashion week. It was a laid-back cool look that I added a sporty chic touch to with these beige high top sneakers from Aldo.
Well-known for their eye-catching prints, the designer duo Rixi Bhati & Jayesh Sachdev once again created a mélange from original art visuals, inspired by an enchanting setting for a 'love story' in the forest, during days gone by. Adding contemporary graphic visuals with modern typography, the designers brought in the magic of colour with jewel tones of aquamarine, emerald, ruby, amethyst and onyx.
In this latest winter collection, the designers have given you that warm feeling of fabric and print. From magical and playful colours to everyone favourite word printed on their ensembles - LOVE.
Day 2 OOTD -Rinku Sobti LOOM 1905
For Day 2 I wore this black structured peplum top from designer Rinku Sobti LOOM 1905 collection with side panels of pink interwoven with black paired with a pair of black palazzo pants. This androgynous look was accessorised with black & gold tassel earrings, gold necklace with a pink stone pendant necklace layered with a long gold necklace .
Rinku Sobti's Loom 1905 is all about the rich Indian handloom culture and the intricate works of the weavers in the Bajardiya cluster to shape her collection 'Tassels'. It is a creation which is an ode to the handloom tradition and skilled weavers of India. What I loved the most about the collection is the mixture of colours. The designer has made sure that there is an interwoven contemporary and traditional style in each of her ensembles which bring in a major part of Varanasi.
Day 3 OOTD -Stephany D'Souza
For Day 3 I wore this gorgeous bright red one shoulder draped dress from designer Stephany D'Souza's latest collection. This was an all out glamorous red carpet look.
At this fashion week Stephany D’Souza presented a collection inspired by Goa. Comfortable and wearable resort wear, that exudes a very minimal understated luxury. Her designs are all about the simplicity in the flow of fabrics in delicate drapes and relaxed silhouettes.
I accessorized the look with these stunning gold, green and blue statement earrings from The Little Bauble Box .
Day 4 OOTD - Myoho Maisa
For Day 4 I wore this grey layered look from Myoho's Maisa collection. I wore a grey sleeveless floral embroidered trench coat over a plain grey sleeveless coat cinched in with a silk grey obi belt. I wore the layered look over a pair of Levis 711 skinny jeans. This look was a mix of boho chic, androgynous and classic chic.
Myoho, known for its beautiful, contemporary textile language, showed on Textile Day at the ongoing fashion week. Selecting a fabric story that moved effortlessly from tussar to gajji silk in monochromes, the garments were a sharply cut line.
The collection Maisa was a layered fashionable tribute to women of strength. A beautiful synergy of the wild and the balanced, just like yin and yang.
